Your New Role
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and equipment inspections

  • Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini-split systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment

  • Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, and system performance issues

  • Complete repairs safely and efficiently while following manufacturer specifications and company procedures

  • Test system performance and evaluate equipment operation

  • Explain repair recommendations and maintenance findings clearly to homeowners

  • Complete service documentation accurately and promptly

  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service during every visit

  • Manage service calls independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and team members

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required

  • EPA 608 Certification required

  • NATE Certification preferred but not required

  • Journeyman License preferred but not required

  • Residential HVAC maintenance, tune-up, and system inspection experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, components, and operation

  • Ability to perform HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to explain HVAC maintenance findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Valid driver's license that meets applicable company driving requirements

  • Ability to safely perform the essential duties of residential HVAC service work, with or without reasonable accommodation
