This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in the Richmond, Virginia and surrounding Hampton Roads areas. Carpenters will construct, install, and repair concrete forms, frameworks, and related structures for commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring and cutting materials, building and setting forms, performing framing and finish carpentry tasks, and using hand and power tools safely and efficiently. The role involves reading and interpreting construction drawings, working closely with rodbuster and place and finish crews, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Carpenters are expected to follow all safety procedures, support project timelines, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality work.

• Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills for building, installing, and completing concrete forms and related structures.
• Framing experience for constructing structural frameworks and supporting commercial concrete projects.
• Proficient use of Hand Tools for precise measuring, cutting, fastening, and form work.
• Safe and effective operation of Power Tools relevant to carpentry and concrete form construction.
• Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to safety, including adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Reliable transportation to job sites within the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions.
• Previous experience in commercial construction or concrete work is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant trade training or apprenticeship is a plus.
