Handyman/Lawn Maintenance Company: SD Properties Compensation:
From $20-$30 hour Even if you did not attend college, but achieved a high SAT score, you will qualify for higher paying opportunities with us! This would also apply to your high school GPA. SD Properties is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Lawn Maintenance to join our growing team.
We manage and maintain residential and commercial properties and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can handle a wide range of repair and improvement tasks as well as lawn maintenance. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Perform general carpentry work
* Handle maintenance and repair tasks
* Complete work orders efficiently and to a high standard
* Troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements that are a must:
* Proven experience as a handyman/lawn maintenance
* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and general maintenance
Job description:
* Experience operating an Excavator and other heavy equipment
* Valid driver's license and have your own truck
* Reliable transportation
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
* Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance Compensation:
