School Speech and Language Pathologist | Prince George, Virginia

• Assignment runs from June through the first week of August
• Workdays are Monday through Thursday
• Flexible scheduling:
  Preferably onsite 2 days per week, about 5-6 hours each day

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC)
• Previous experience in a school‑based or pediatric setting
• Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and documentation processes in educational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs and learning profiles

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy for students participating in ESY programming
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication goals
• Support both group and one‑on‑one therapy needs as required
