Job Description
Responsible to provide a program of supportive services to help meet patient/family emotional needs regarding issues of loss and grief. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate an anticipatory grief and bereavement follow‑up plan of care.
Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree required with coursework or experience in loss and grief.
Licensure / Certification Qualifications- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through an appropriate licensing agency.
- Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
