QualificationsBachelor's degree in human services, social work, counseling, education or related field with three years of related practical experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, consideration will be given to persons with substantial experience in a closely related field.
Job ResponsibilitiesDrive meaningful impact by connecting individuals and families to opportunities for growth and self-sufficiency. This role focuses on outreach and recruitment, assessing participant needs and guiding goal-setting through a support, client-centered approach.
