What You Bring- Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in at least one of DC, MD, or VA
; willing and able to cross-license - Eligible for DEA registration in DC, MD, and VA without restriction.
- Active NPI number
- Experience in direct clinical care
- 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Strong performance management and data‑driven mindset
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care
, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs
.
This position will be hybrid and require some in person presence at our centers in market:
Frederick, MD;
Gaithersburg, MD;
Washington D.C.;
Tysons Corner, VA; and Ballston, VA.
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
- Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
- Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
- Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
- Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
