The 171-Shenandoah Dept Of Social Services is looking for a Family Services Specialist IV to provide leadership within the Family Services team. You will support subordinate specialists, conduct case management, and provide consultation on complex cases. Strong candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field, with leadership experience and knowledge in social work principles.
This full-time role entails working independently within established policies while handling various tasks from training staff to court representation. Candidates with a BSW or MSW and licensing are preferred.
