职位描述

负责软件及网站界面本地化，管理语言供应商和语言资源；与跨职能团队紧密协作，深入理解用户需求，打造一致、连贯的多语言用户体验；通过质量保障和问题修复，确保社交类产品功能及高曝光内容的本地化质量；掌握本地化流程中的关键挑战，主导语言质量优化项目，并与开发团队合作推动系统与工具的改进；搭建并维护本地化团队知识库，包括术语、规范及流程文档；参与其他本地化相关项目，主动提出改进建议，持续优化团队工作流程与影响力。

• Manage localization of software/website UI and maintain vendors & language assets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and ensure a cohesive multilingual experience.
• Ensure quality of social app products and highly visible materials through quality assurance and bug fixing, taking a hands‑on approach as necessary.
• Understand challenges in the localization process, lead language quality improvement initiatives and system/tool optimization with developers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base for localization team.
• Participate in other localization‑related initiatives and proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.

• 拥有本地化、翻译、语言学、工商管理或相关专业的教育背景；
• 拥有3年及以上本地化或翻译项目管理的全职工作经验，具备内容管理系统（CMS）或翻译管理系统（TMS）的实际操作经验；
• 深刻理解软件本地化生命周期，能够在产品、设计、研发等多团队协作场景中独立管理本地化全流程；
• 在语言与本地化行业拥有成熟经验，包含供应商管理、质量管理及跨职能协作经验；
• 具备出色的英语听说读写能力；
• 注重细节，具备良好的组织能力，注重流程与结果，擅长团队协作；拥有优秀的沟通协调能力，能够有效影响并推动不同职能和层级的利益相关方达成共识。

• 具备直播、创作者经济或MCN行业的工作经验；
• 熟练掌握其他语言者优先，如阿拉伯语、德语、法语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、俄语、土耳其语或韩语；
• 熟悉AI技术或具备相关技术能力，如Python、JavaScript、正则表达式、Markdown等。
