• U.S. citizenship with an Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or related field and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate degree.
• 5+ years of experience developing RUST software with a deep understanding of the language.
• Experience with C++ development and object-oriented design.

The company’s Integrated Mission Systems is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in the RUST Programming Language and proven experience developing systems with RUST to guide the next generation of mission‑critical systems.

• Guide adoption of RUST throughout embedded development.
• Manage integration or conversion of legacy software to RUST.
• Provide best practices and architectural guidance for memory-safe usage of RUST.
• Develop best practices and implementation guidance.
• Translate requirements into working and maintainable solutions for our C5 and Cyber Solution Centers.
