Full Stack Engineer

Location: Virginia (Remote with once-per-month on-site requirement)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

This is a Principal Full Stack Engineer who will bridge between business requirements and production grade AI systems. You will own features from initial requirements gathering to final deployment, operating with the mindset of a Business Analyst and the execution of a Principal Architect.

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex features: gathering requirements, designing architecture, hands-on coding, and deploying to production.
• AI Integration:
  Architect and build systems that bridge the gap between LLMs and real-world utility. This includes building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to ground AI in proprietary data.
• Design and deploy AI agents using the Microsoft Agent Framework to automate multi-step tasks and API orchestrations.
• Build scalable Microservices and APIs on Azure, leveraging enterprise messaging and serverless patterns.
• Treat infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage robust CI/CD pipelines via Git Hub Actions.

• 15+ years of experience with .NET (C#) and Angular
  .
• Deep expertise in Azure architecture
  , services, and CLI-based management.
• Proven experience building tools that connect AI models to external data/APIs. High proficiency in RAG and AI development workflows
  .
• Mastery of Microservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Git Hub, CI/CD, and Terraform
  .

• You are actively experimenting with the latest AI protocols and frameworks to improve developer productivity and application intelligence.
