Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas can shape the future? As our Senior Manager, Product Development you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products—from concept to launch.
This position is full-time and requires you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Duties require some travel, comprising up to 10% of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of product development, including concept development, design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Work closely with NADA’s leadership to define and implement product strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and other departments to develop and implement custom solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure our products meet or exceed their expectations.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and security requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years in product management, application development, data analysis, and IT operations. At least 5 years of experience in software engineering management.
- Preferred certifications in Product Development or Project Management.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, PHP, React, and/or JavaScript.
- Hands‑on experience with automated software management tools and open‑source technologies is required. Knowledge of cloud architecture, API design, and Azure Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, user‑friendly manner.
