About the Role

As a lead developer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing rich and engaging web applications using VueJS, React, Angular, and other frameworks and tools.
• Leading and mentoring a team of developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work.
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.
• Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of web app designs.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the designs to the developers and customers.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in design and development.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in design and development for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as VueJS, React, Angular, etc.
• Experience in Python, Java, Go, or C/C++.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis.
• A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
