Software Engineer, Java Developer
HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a software developer to join our Enterprise Workflow development team. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, at NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA.
Join our highly-integrated, mission-focused team for this unique opportunity. Contribute to the critical infrastructure for project and workflow management, enabling rapid development of tactical systems that directly support the warfighter.
Responsibilities- Analyze, distill and refine system requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to document and implement requirements.
- Develop and integrate enterprise workflow solutions utilizing Jira, Jira Query Language (JQL), Java.
- Support data migration or integration from other systems, as defined by user requirements.
- Support, review and provide input on technical requirements and work estimates based on functional requirements.
- Manage deployment activities. Implement components between development and production environments.
- Configure and test custom java plugins.
- Support Process and workflow improvement for a large multi-disciplinary engineering design, development, and test team.
- Support SharePoint and Confluence workflow development, maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering Technology or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-5 years software development experience.
- Active DOD Security Clearance.
- Experience with Enterprise Workflow Development.
- Experience with Jira / Confluence Development.
- Experience with SharePoint development and support.
- Experience with software development / integration using Java, Python, SQL Database development.
