Senior Mission Management Scrum Master; Onsite

• Work closely with IPT Leadership, Product Owner, and other Scrum Masters to de‑conflict IPT development priorities, resolve cross‑IPT issues, lead sprint and increment planning, and facilitate cross‑team coordination and communication.
• Help plan development increments and software builds in support of the program plan.
• Design and develop software part‑time when not performing scrum master duties.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

• Advanced software technologies and techniques, including multi‑tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice design.
• Modern Dev Sec Ops  and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
• Software lifecycle practices for large‑scale defense projects.
• Satellite ground system technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown charts, velocity, and task definition.
• Software development experience using Java, C/C++, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with software engineering processes and best practices.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Proficiency in object‑oriented design.
• Experience guiding Agile teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience in satellite ground system software (mission management, planning, scheduling, command and telemetry, operations, or flight dynamics).

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD (based on experience).
