Job Summary (in List Format):

• Serve as Senior Service Now Application Developer within the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.
• Design, develop, and implement Service Now GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules based on solution requirements.
• Configure Service Now UI components, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Work spaces, Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Set up and manage workflows, such as Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Configure user management elements:
  Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Create and deploy Update Sets for moving customizations across environments.
• Import data into GRC application tables as needed.
• Develop and manage system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
• Conduct functional testing of GRC workflows to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Produce and maintain technical solution documentation.
• Participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies as a product team member.
• Provide ongoing production and end-user support for Service Now applications.
• Assist in deployment planning and ensure software compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and self-motivation.

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Now Application Developer.
• 3+ years as a Certified Service Now Application Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience with Service Now GRC modules and integrations.

• Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with Service Now Integration Hub and REST API integrations.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile software development in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
