Role Overview
Join our team supporting a government client as a Senior Service Now Developer. You will apply your extensive platform knowledge and development skills while working with a highly productive team delivering innovative technical solutions to address mission requirements and operational challenges for our clients.
What You Will DoDesign and implement solutions for new application improvements, coordinate integration of Service Now modules, APIs, and user interfaces, provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints, lead investigations into production issues, and remediate O&M defects.

Requirements- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
- Associate degree or Equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with the Service Now platform
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- Experience leveraging ITSM and Now Create toolsets to develop custom-scoped applications
- Experience working in Agile development environments, and strong knowledge of Agile methodology and concepts
- Understanding of database concepts, including SQL
- Active Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
