Oracle HCM OIC Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OIC Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external HRIS/ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on OIC development experience and the ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders. Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with another major HRIS/ERP platform is highly preferred.

• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.
• Build integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external HRIS/ERP systems.
• Develop real‑time and batch integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, file‑based interfaces, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
• Configure OIC connections, integrations, mappings, orchestrations, schedules, lookups, business identifiers, and error‑handling frameworks.
• Design secure and scalable integrations that follow Oracle standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with Oracle Cloud functional teams, HRIS teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to understand integration requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, mapping documents, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• Lead integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go‑live, and post‑production support.
• Monitor OIC integrations, troubleshoot failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to developers and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Communicate project status, technical risks, dependencies, and recommended solutions to stakeholders.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud integration projects.
• Experience building integrations between Oracle Cloud and external HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, WSDL, APIs, SFTP, and file‑based integrations.
• Experience with integration security, authentication, exception handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Reston, Virginia.

• Oracle Cloud integrations with Dayforce.
• Integration experience with other HRIS or ERP platforms.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or Financials.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise integrations and production environments.
