You will be working for a company rooted in the cooperative world, with history dating back to 1933, operating in the divisions of Agronomy, Energy, Animal Health and Farm Supplies. As a Farm Supply Routing Coordinator at EverGRO, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating delivery routes for our Farm Store supply operations across all locations. Collaborating closely with the Farm Store Operations Management team, you will ensure that our logistics run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves partnering with delivery drivers to understand customer specifics and needs, allowing for optimal planning of routes tailored for the products and services required each week.

To be successful as a Farm Supply Routing Coordinator at EverGRO, a range of essential skills and qualifications are required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with software tools related to routing and logistics will give you an edge, as well as preferred experience in the Farm Store or Cooperative environment.

Strong communication skills will be critical for effectively partnering with delivery drivers to address customer specifics and logistical needs.
