Class A Dedicated Doubles Driver - Touch Freight - Home Weekly

POSITION DETAILS

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,725/week (running 1,500 miles and completing 3 loads)
• Top Performers: Up to $2,200/week (top 10% of drivers)
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days)
• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (drivers in the Front Royal, VA area may have opportunity for additional home time)
• Coverage Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, MD, and WV - all within 700 miles of the distribution center
• Average Miles: 1,500 miles per week
• Stops: 1-6 stops per trailer; minimum 3 loads required per week
• Freight Type: 100% touch freight, live unload at store locations
• Unload Pay: $250 per unloaded trailer
• Weekly Incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloads
• Backhaul Pay: $35
• Schedule: Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays as they fall within the driver's schedule
• Equipment: Assigned trucks after completing training
• Support: On-site staff at the distribution center and 24/7 fleet coverage
• Vacation: 1 Year: 1 week, 2 Years: 2 weeks, 7 Years: 3 weeks, 10 Years: 4 weeks

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 3 Months Class A Driving Experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No SAP violations in the past 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• Doubles endorsement required
• Experience with hard backing maneuvers
• Ability to physically unload freight at store locations
• Patience and strong customer service skills
