Overview
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for setting up flights, reading/understanding flight diagrams and truck loading procedures. Load/unload trucks, meet selected flight upon arrival to cater/approach aircraft. Supply flights as needed, move vehicles, and perform truck/vehicle inspections. They check flights upon departure for 100% accuracy, interact with flight attendants and brief crews, handle flight attendant complaints and concerns, and resolve problems.
Must communicate any problems with flight to dispatch and provide feedback to operations to identify root cause. When needed, guide flights in and out of aircraft. Housekeeping – basic functions as per department requirements and compliance with all Customer Service SOPs. Must be able to work well with others under pressure. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (5 years), be able to obtain a SIDA badge and clear a 10-year background verification to obtain a Customs Seal;
a Driver Seal is required. Must have experience driving large delivery trucks, possess basic math skills, apply safety standards, and be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to fifty pounds in a safe manner. Regularly stands, bends, stoops, lifts, walks on uneven surfaces, and moves intermittently during shifts.
Must be able to work at heights.

- Supply flights as needed; move vehicles and perform truck/vehicle inspections.
- Check flights upon departure for 100% accuracy.
- Interact with flight attendants and brief crews; handle and resolve flight attendant complaints and concerns.
- Communicate problems with flights to dispatch and provide feedback to operations to address root causes.
- When needed, guide flights in and out of aircraft.
- Perform basic housekeeping per department requirements and comply with Customer Service SOPs.
- Work effectively with others under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (5 years).
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and clearance (10-year background verification) for a Customs Seal;
Driver Seal required. - Experience driving large delivery trucks.

- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds; able to stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk on uneven surfaces; able to work at heights.
