Role Overview
The Logistics Lead (LL) checks and verifies the accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires for customer orders. The LL provides leadership in Tire Hub Logistics Centers (TLC), maintains safe driving practices, delivers exceptional customer service, and fosters strong customer relationships while representing Tire Hub professionally. The LL also operates Tire Hub vehicles to distribute tires as needed.
Compensation & Working HoursStarting wage of $21.15 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year of employment. Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

- Responsible for distribution of tasks including: general warehousing, delivery service, vehicle maintenance, and routing in a dispatch‑like format to Logistics Specialists.
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks, box trucks, delivery vans).
- Completes customer service and warehouse duties, verifies accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires, and ensures staging per bin locator system.
- Operates order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles and other equipment, meeting safety guidelines.
- Participates in cycle counting, tallying, and marking on inventory control documents, including annual physical inventories.
- Oversees unloading, loading, palletizing, and stacking of tires, ensuring safety guidelines.
- Communicates daily summaries to Leadership about employee, safety, and operational overview.
- Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Maintains vehicles clean and in good mechanical/physical condition; conducts pre/post‑trip inspections daily and reports issues.
- Reports driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensures compliance with all Tire Hub policies, procedures, and FMCSA regulations.
- Completes ongoing training via in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based modules as assigned.
- Completes other tasks assigned by Leader or other leadership members.

- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (no permit).
- Must be 19 years old.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with general warehousing and proper product placement.
- Capable of frequent bending, pulling, rolling, twisting, and lifting.
- Multitasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in computer‑based programs, including iPad.
- Accurately loads, unloads, and places tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Can work up to 35 feet above ground level while tethered.
- Follows traffic rules and safely drives Tire Hub vehicles.
- Works independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Roadnet, GPS, and navigation systems.
- Maintains a Tire Hub sponsored forklift certification.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license.
- Lifts, pulls, pushes, and/or moves tires up to 50 lbs (or greater with mechanical assistance) following standard operating and safety procedures.
