FULL-TIME, NO WEEKENDS, WITH BENEFITS
C2 Management is currently looking for a Shipping Specialist to assist with our daily shipping needs at our Berryville, VA facility.
The Shipping Specialist role involves shelving inventory and performing order picking, including picking and packing items accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Packing, labeling, and shipping orders using carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS
- Preparing shipments, printing shipping labels, and verifying order details for accuracy
- Building and wrapping pallets, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping freight
- Scheduling and processing freight pickups
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and shipment documentation
- Supporting general warehouse operations as needed
- Packing & receiving

- RF Scanner experience (a plus)
- Time management & quality control
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred (not required)
- Computer literate; experience with shipping software or warehouse systems a plus
- Physical stamina and mobility required (standing the majority of the day)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
