Job Description

You must be 18 years of age or older.

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; keep a clean and insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Use navigational skills to read a map or GPS, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage or the walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product for customer orders.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.
• Perform essential math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and give accurate monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
• Maintain a safe driving record and pass all applicable background checks.

Physical requirements and work conditions:

• Carry products while walking and climbing; may need to carry pizzas, beverages, or ingredient cases up to 50 pounds.
• Drive within designated delivery areas, often making several deliveries per shift.
• Walk between the store and delivery vehicle, including travel over short distances and onto sidewalks.
• Climb stairs or ladders, potentially five or more flights, for delivery or maintenance tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+), handle hot surfaces up to 500°F, and work around food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Use eye‑hand coordination for manual tasks such as shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel, and assembling packaging.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to navigate the delivery area effectively.
