What you will do:

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and totes.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

Schedule:

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for duration of work assignment.

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks.

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency, as required by federal law.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to background investigation (past employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening required.
• Regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated safety sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Must accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others.
• Physical and mental demands: see and hear; close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception; ability to adjust focus; frequent movement, stand, walk, sit; use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach with arms; lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg), occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); legally operate a motor vehicle and frequently enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
