Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to operate various commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. The key responsibilities involve safely delivering freight across designated routes, loading and unloading cargo with appropriate equipment, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

• Operate a variety of trucks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload freight using equipment like forklifts
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow routes accurately while meeting delivery deadlines
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Secure cargo properly during transit
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding routes or issues
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and transportation laws
• Report mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks

• Proven experience operating multiple truck types and freight delivery
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles safely
• Knowledge of load procedures and equipment handling
• Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
• Experience with different freight types, including refrigerated or hazardous materials (preferred)
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with relevant endorsements
• Excellent driving record and delivery experience
