CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | 4 Days On/Off | No-Touch, Drop & Hook Tired of unpredictable schedules, live loads, and long weeks on the road? Fair Winds Transport is hiring CDL A drivers for 4-on / 4-off regional routes based out of Richmond, Virginia. This is a straightforward CDL A Driver position with a consistent schedule and home time built into your rotation.

• This is a structured position with a predictable schedule and straightforward work.
• $22/hour + overtime after 40 hours
• 48+ hours paid per work week on average
• Typical weekly earnings: $1,100–$1,300+
• Weekly pay
• Consistent schedule allows for reliable weekly earnings.
• 401(k)
• Paid Time Off begins accruing Day 1
• Performance bonuses when applicable
• 4 days on / 4 days off rotating schedule
• Regional routes (two round trips during each 4-day shift)
• Home between round-trip routes
• Night or early morning start times

• Valid CDL A license
• Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience
• Must be 21 or older
• Clean MVR
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Comfortable using GPS, ELDs, and smartphone apps
• Must speak, read, and write in English for reporting & safety requirements
