Warehouse Order Picker / Packing Associate

Location: Prince George, VA

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Order Picker / Packing Associates. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Accurately pick small items for customer orders
• Pack products securely for shipment
• Create and apply shipping labels
• Verify item counts and order accuracy before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Previous picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Background check required
• Candidates with a clean 7-year background may be considered
• No violent or sexual-related offenses permitted
