* SUMMARY:

** Responsible for the storage, picking, and issuance (to the shop floor) of raw materials.  Also for the receipt of purchased items and other company supplies.
*
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
* Pulls items from stock as required by pick lists and Addendum Bill of Material (ABMs), assembles job skids with these items.
* Issues job skids to manufacturing supervisors and collects the supervisor’s signature on pick lists and ABMs.
* Receives inbound freight and visually inspects it for shipping damage.
* Keeps records of receipts for inventory control and tracking purposes.
* Sorts recently received items and places these items in their designated storage areas.
* Maintains areas of the stockroom in neat and orderly fashion.
* Picks, pulls and packages outgoing shipments
* Completes outgoing paperwork for shipments
* Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia).
* Basic Microsoft office skills such as excel and word.
* Is able to operate a forklift when necessary.
** REQUIRED

EDUCATION:

*** Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
** SKILL REQUIREMENTS:*
* * Good organizational and communications skills.  Standard business computer application software required.
** TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:*
* * Munters New Employee Orientation, Quality Assurance and Safety Awareness.
** HOURS OF WORK:*
* * Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs. Scheduled hours for the preparation and physical inventory will be required.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS:*
* * Heavy (Lifting up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis and climbing)
