Ops Associate, Vault; Temp - To Shift

What You’ll Do

• Catalog incoming inventory by adhering to established style and content rules.
• Identify whether an item has been graded and catalog the item appropriately.
• Conduct research on items and communicate with Client Partners about potential additional services required, assessing the condition of the item.
• Store inventory in designated locations and systematically locate inventory within the system.
• Organize and manage picking tickets to ensure on‑time shipping.
• Pick inventory from designated locations, stage for packing, and ship following prescribed methods.
• Generate shipping labels and pack inventory according to company procedures.
• Perform inventory audits to ensure items are in correct physical and systematic locations.
• Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe work environment in all tasks.
• Conduct quality‑control audits and physically move items to designated storage or staging locations.

• Working knowledge of the collections hobby, with specialized or detailed understanding of professional sports teams, players, entertainment, pop culture, and historical figures a plus.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines; overtime may be required during auction cycles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Proficiency with common computer software:
  Microsoft Office, Google Documents.
• High school or equivalent education background.
• Historical knowledge of sports teams, leagues, players, and milestone events a plus.

• Bending and twisting, squatting, and lifting/squatting with careful use of neck, waist, and back.
• Computer use: typing, mouse work, sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Regular hand use for various tasks.
• Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Receiving and inspecting submissions, using a sharp blade, and retrieving submissions from packaging.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hr actual compensation varies based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
