Hourly pay range $16.00-$19.00

As a Warehouse Turret Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, with a focus on high-reach forklift (Turret Truck) tasks in our high‑rise storage system. Your role will include storing, retrieving, staging, and transferring palletized goods while maintaining accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse.

• Operate a Turret Truck or High Reach Forklift to store and retrieve palletized units in high‑rack locations.
• Pick and stage products for outbound shipments and transfer materials within the warehouse as needed.
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan and process inventory and orders.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, wrapping pallets, and keeping work spaces clean and organized.
• Provide flexibility by working overtime or assisting in other departments as required.

Looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience operating a Turret Truck or high‑reach forklift. Certification is a plus, and candidates must be able to pass an internal forklift training program. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid problem‑solving skills, and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems are important, along with the ability to communicate effectively.

Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly, with frequent bending, twisting, and pulling. Prior experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and general warehouse operations is preferred.

• 2+ years of turret truck/high‑reach forklift experience (required)
• Forklift certification and OSHA certification (preferred)
• Must pass DMS forklift training to become certified on all equipment
• Basic computer and WMS experience
• Flexible with work hours and overtime as needed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift
