Warehouse Worker

Position Summary

The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to maintain warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance, preparing orders, managing inventory, organizing bin locations, and delivering high standards of customer service.

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling accurate materials, and placing them in the appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery; load and unload trucks as necessary.
• Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience or more is preferred.

• Demonstrate trust, integrity, and servant leadership by putting others’ needs first.
• Work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and driving results.
• Build effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Champion an inclusive environment, valuing diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers and customers.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.; walk or stand for most of the shift.
• Wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
• Operate warehouse machinery and maintain a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Problem‑solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Manage stress and multitask as required.
• Communicate solutions promptly when issues arise.
• Apply sound judgment and initiative in all activities.
