Our warehouse and distribution operation is the engine behind multiple high-volume retail locations, keeping stores stocked and customers happy through every season. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to own our daily warehouse operations and help us run faster, leaner, and smarter.
What You'll Do- Oversee daily warehouse operations - lead, train, and schedule the warehouse team
- Manage receiving, inventory, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping end to end
- Ensure accurate, on-time distribution to our retail stores
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Set productivity goals and monitor team performance against them
- Coordinate closely with purchasinement
- Manage warehouse supplies and equ
- Support seasonal inventory surges
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribu
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Proven team leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving in a fa
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
