Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is opening a brand-new facility near Arlington, TX and seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to build and lead the site from day one. You will report to the Materials Manager and shape the culture and operations of the Arlington site.
You’ll drive safety, KPI attainment, team development, and continuous improvement across receiving, kitting, and shipping workflows to meet the AOP and long-term goals.
