Church Size: Approximately 150 active members

We are seeking a passionate, Spirit‑led Pastor to shepherd a vibrant congregation of approximately 150 members. The ideal candidate will be rooted in sound biblical doctrine while embracing the active work of the Holy Spirit in worship, teaching, and ministry. This individual will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and vision to help our church grow in faith, unity, and community impact.

• Previous experience in pastoral ministry preferred
• A theological degree (MDiv or equivalent) or graduation from a reputable Bible college preferred
• Alignment with traditional Methodist doctrine and a demonstrated openness to Spirit‑filled ministry
• Proven ability to preach biblically sound, engaging, and Spirit‑led sermons
• Demonstrated leadership, administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A heart for discipleship, outreach, and congregational care

• Deliver weekly sermons that are biblically grounded and spiritually impactful
• Lead and cultivate Spirit‑filled worship services in collaboration with worship leaders
• Provide pastoral care, including counseling, participation with hospital and home visitation, and support for congregants
• Develop and implement a clear vision for church growth and spiritual development
• Equip and mentor ministry leaders and volunteers
• Oversee church operations in collaboration with leadership teams and committees
• Engage in community outreach and evangelism efforts; support and strengthen ministries for all age groups
• Demonstrate a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Evidences the fruit of the Spirit in personal and professional life
• Encourage and model prayer, spiritual gifts, and a Spirit‑led lifestyle
• Uphold a life of integrity, humility, and accountability

Compensation package will be commensurate with experience and includes salary, parsonage, and benefits as determined by the church leadership.
