Vos Missions En Quelques Mots
The family reference in accordance with the CNAF circular of June 2012 on the animation of social life carries the "families" project of the Diapason, Social Center and Mediatheque. It is responsible with the director of the Diapason for the conception, piloting, implementation, and evaluation of the families project, in coherence with the social project of the center. It develops actions and/or services with a collective dimension contributing to the fulfillment of parents and children, to the reinforcement of intrafamilial cohesion, and to inter-family relations and solidarities.
It contributes to the implementation and coordinates the actions and services of support to parenthood developed within the social center. It participates in the animation and coordination of partnerships involved in the fields of family and parenthood.
o Analyze the territory and family issues and ensure a social vigilance and expertise function
o Contribute to the shared diagnosis of the territory in the framework of the elaboration of the social project and the family project
o Take over the family issues of the diagnosis and contribute to the definition of the objectives of ACF (Collective Family Reception)
o Propose the action plan to reach the objectives
o Coordinate the writing of the ACF project in coherence with the social project
o Be the guarantor of the conception, piloting, and implementation of the families project under the responsibility of the direction
o Organize the modalities of evaluation of the families project in regard of the fixed objectives
o Animate the ACF project with the whole team of the center, the volunteers and ensure the transversal dimension of the families project
o Contribute to the activity report and ACF reporting
o Participate in the reception mission of the social center
o Foresee and evaluate the financial, human, logistical means necessary to the implementation of the families project in articulation with the other intervention sectors of the social center
o Animate a participative approach with the families
o Mobilize the resources of the territory, stimulate and search the local partnerships
o Bring an expertise in the framework of actions or services carried by the partners
o Develop, animate, and coordinate the partnerships
o Watch over the articulation of the families projects with the different institutional devices and public policies
o Represent the center in the partner instances of its territory in function of its delegations
o Stimulate and organize the participation and the representativeness of the families in the partner instances

* Works in project management. BAC +2 minimum Validated in animation / social and family economy / education / formation contract of two years renewable
