Halesford Baptist Church seeks a Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and overall administration in line with church by-laws. The role requires deep faith, effective preaching, strong leadership, and a passion for guiding the congregation in growth.
The Senior Pastor will lead worship, shepherd staff and ministries, oversee governance with the Deacon Body, and model Christ-like character while casting vision for evangelism and outreach within the community.
