Viva Senior Living - Up to $18.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Distribute and document medication for residents accurately and timely according to physician orders;
Follow Plan of Care and assist residents with activities of daily living;
Observe, supervise, and record resident self-administration of prescribed medications;
Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor and maintain daily logbook;
Participate in in-service training and adhere to facility policies and procedures
