As an RN Unit Manager in our facility, you will need to know how to use your voice as a strong advocate for the Residents you care for. Not only will you apply your skills as a nurse, but you will maintain professionalism and leadership as you guide and set an example for those around you.

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions

• Advocate for the Residents and apply your nursing skills while maintaining professionalism and leadership.
• Guide and set an example for those around you.
