Job Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants - CNA / Nursing Assistants - NA to provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes throughout Martinsville, VA and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for caregivers seeking flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' daily lives.

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA / Nursing Assistant - NA, you will assist patients with daily living activities while working closely with a supportive home health team to ensure quality patient care. This role requires travel to patient homes throughout the service area.

Responsibilities of Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA / Nursing Assistant - NA:

* Provide direct patient care in the home setting

* Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and nutritional intake

* Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises

* Monitor and document vitals, intake/output, and changes in patient condition

* Support patients with chronic illness, injury, or mobility challenges

* Follow individualized patient care plans and communicate with the care team

* Observe patient concerns and report changes requiring additional care or intervention

Qualifications of Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA / Nursing Assistant - NA:

* Active CNA certification in the state of Virginia

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Current CPR certification and TB screening

* Valid Virginia driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

* Ability to work independently in a home setting

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
