We need a Director of Nursing who understands that leadership means more than policies and paperwork. This role requires someone firm and fair, but also deeply compassionate toward patients, families, and the staff who work tirelessly beside you. When the pressure is on and the work gets hard, you’ll be the leader who rolls up your sleeves and steps in while inspiring your team to push through because the work matters.

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long‑term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
