Corrections - Location: Haynesville, Virginia
- Setting: State Prison
- Pay Range: $3586 weekly
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days, 40-hours per week, Holidays and weekends as needed
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
- 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1-3 years of experience in the correctional setting or Primary Care
- Valid Autonomous Nurse Practitioner license
- Be willing to obtain Virginia licensure

Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients within the full scope of practice as an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (NP) in accordance with state licensure and facility protocols.
Provide primary, urgent, and chronic care management, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests within a correctional healthcare environment.
Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, structured environment—providing care that truly matters.
