We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality healthcare services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Stuart, VA.
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients while ensuring continuity of care. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about geriatric care and committed to improving patient outcomes in a long‑term care setting.
