LPN or RN Charge Nurse

Appomattox Health & Rehabilitation Center in Appomattox is seeking a Full-Time LPN or RN for its 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

This position would be responsible for supervising CNAs and providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities, and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.

One (1) year of previous management nursing experience preferred.
