Were seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient team - someone who values relationship-based care, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact for patients every day.

Opportunity Highlights

• Outpatient practice serving a rural community
• Average patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
• Call schedule: 1:4
• 1:1 CMA/LPN support
• Telemedicine available via My Chart

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• PA-C certification required for Physician Assistants
• FNP or AGPCNP board certification required for Nurse Practitioners
• BLS required; ACLS required
• Experience preferred; new graduates acceptable
• Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care
