This contract position provides an opportunity for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver critical care, collaborating with dedicated healthcare professionals and supporting patients during their most vulnerable moments.

• Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience
• Proficiency in ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and titration of vasoactive drips
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to effectively respond to emergency situations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

• Assess, monitor, and provide direct care for critically ill patients, adapting plans as necessary in a rapidly changing environment
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Perform and interpret advanced monitoring and vital sign interpretation
• Document patient care, interventions, and response within electronic health records
• Support physicians with bedside procedures and collaborate with respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other staff
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain strict infection control practices and adhere to all facility policies and safety standards
