ICU RN - Glasgow, Virginia

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, promptly recognizing any changes in condition.
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced nursing interventions as required.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients families during challenging situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, following facility protocols and best practices.
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety procedures, and hospital policies.

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice.
• Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of critical care nursing procedures and equipment.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to care.
