LPNs are at the heart of hands-on care, especially during evenings and nights when residents are most vulnerable. We're looking for nurses who bring kindness, steadiness, and a desire to make a difference. You'll be part of a team that is rebuilding with purpose and continuing a legacy rooted in trust and dignity.

Shifts Available: 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm

LPN

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively
