Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 for eligible new hires

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed staff, following individualized care plans.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and help them acquire social and interaction skills in a therapeutic environment.
• Report observations of bio‑psychosocial needs and behaviors to licensed nurse in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate competencies as defined on Competency Assessment.

• Second Shift Weekday: $2.50/hr
• Third Shift Weekday: $2.25/hr
• First Shift Weekend/First Shift Weekday Holiday: $3.00/hr
• Second Shift Weekend/Second Shift Weekday Holiday: $3.00/hr
• Third Shift Weekend/Third Shift Holiday: $3.00/hr

• Valid driver’s license.
• Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Basic computer skills.

• Healthcare, long‑term care, or nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous psychiatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing scope of practice preferred.
• Spanish and English bilingual preferred.
