Provide personalized care that supports each resident’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being in line with individualized care plans;
Assist with daily living activities—bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility—while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety;
Monitor and report changes in condition, skin integrity, or signs of abuse immediately to the charge nurse;
Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and accurate documentation;
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs, ensuring comfort and timely care
